So there was lots happening this day. after departing Tower of London we realised there was time for St Paul's Cathedral. recently renovated for a tidy sum, the sandstone gleamed in all its glory, welcoming us to its huge interior. Sir Christopher Wren, a Master. We negotiated the headsets (not our usual style), got told off for taking photos and then it was time for some exercise. A huge climb in three sections to the top of the dome. We were rewarded with amazing views and mild weather so that we could enjoy the views of London, far and wide.
It was time for an early dinner then off to The Shakespeare Globe Theatre for "A Midsummers Night Dream". Fabulous and funny but we only made it to intermission. Kids tired!! Still a beautiful evening and I think they really enjoyed it
